Confirmation of arrangements
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a fixture, register ownership, confirm a booking or take payment. Availability, ownership arrangements, access, hospitality, prices and VAT are confirmed in your written proposal.
Public prices are indicative and may be starting prices. Items marked on request require a bespoke quote. Cancellation terms and payment arrangements will be provided before you agree your booking.
Race participation, runners, hospitality and sponsorship rights remain subject to the agreed arrangements and availability. Silks designs are concepts for discussion; registration, permissions and production require separate confirmation.
